Online – Select your collar type, fill out the online form, and click 'Add to Cart' when finished. Order any additional links separately if needed, then 'Add' those to your cart as well, and using the online checkout page or our handy Fitting Chart.
Credit/Debit Methods of Payment – We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
Sales Tax - Washington state sales tax will be added to your order if you are ordering collars for delivery to addresses in Washington state.
International Orders - We currently sell and ship only inside the 50 United States. Orders outside of the United States can be made through Leerburg.com , which
offers both retail and wholesale pricing on Kimberland collars.
By Phone - You may order your collar by phone and pay with a check or money order. We will ask you for information on your dog's age, breed, size, and pulling intensity. If paying by check, your order will be shipped once the check clears.
Questions About Your Order – You may email us using the contact form on this website or call and leave us a message at the phone number below. All calls will be returned within 48 hours; sooner if possible.
For the Life of Your Dog – Our prong collars are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship for as long as you own the dog for whom it is purchased.
For Training Use Only – Warranty is void if collar is used for any other purpose than supervised, on leash training balanced with positive rewards.
Use of Backup or Tab – When using any type of prong collar outdoors, we recommend that you utilize a backup collar or clip, string, or small tab to attach your leash to your pet's regular collar, in the unlikely event your pet becomes unattached to your Micro Prong collar.
Warranty Returns – Should any part of your collar break as a result of defective workmanship, we will replace it at no charge to you.
Not Intended – Our collars are not to be used with retractable leads, nor are they ever to be used to tie a dog to any object of any kind. Ever.
Waiver of Liability – Micro Prong links are subject to normal wear and tear over time. Damaged or worn out links slip out of alignment and detach from each other. Inspect the links before each use. We are not responsible for any liability, injury, or damage to you, your pet, your property, or another person, pet, or property should your dog become unattached to your Micro Prong collar.
Returns gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be like new.
How To Return a Collar – Carefully package your unused collar and ship, at your cost, to our P.O. Box address. Include your original packing slip and reason for return. Return shipping costs will be paid if you are exchanging the item.
Refund Processing – Refunds will be processed back to the credit card that was used for purchase between 5-10 business days after the receipt of the returned item.
Damaged Items – In the rare event you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please accept our apologies. Notify us via email or phone within 7 days after receiving the damaged item. A picture of the damaged item(s) will help us expedite an exchange or refund.
